Food IS the medicine, not pills or pharmaceuticals so being able to cook for yourself and knowing what you are eating is so important for your long-term health. Cooking can be intimidating which leads us to want to eat out. Don’t be intimidated! If I can start cooking anyone can! This app helps you strengthen your heart and your wallet!

The amount of time I’ve saved from using this app makes it my favorite app ever created!!! I’m now able to come up with meal plans for the entire week, create shopping lists, and include my dietary restrictions all in one place. Before, I would have to scroll endlessly through blogs filled with so many ads to find I recipe and ingredient list! I even no longer have to ask my husband what to make for dinner anymore. I can ask Chef AI! And guess what? I can even ask it to create a shopping list that I can copy and share! How easy! If I don’t have time to go to the grocery store I can ask Chef AI what to make with the ingredients I have on hand at home. How genius! Love love love this app! There are so many great features on this app. Please try it for yourself! I cannot recommend it more.
