SCD med alert (“App”) is a personalized companion application for people suffering from Sickle Cell Disease (SCD).

The objective of the App is to optimize home pain management, also functional to quick access to emergency departments, achieving the ultimate goal of improving people's quality of life.

Through the different functions of the App, the patient is helped in the management of the daily disease, in a shared treatment path with the reference expert centre.
