2025-05-09	Sl*****	Good luck getting this app to work. The key has been flaky in the past. This time the only option under My Stay is to book a room. Hmm. I have a reservation. How about letting me enter my reservation number? Deleting the app once again.

2024-11-01	ni*****	I was able to get the digital key to work for a few hours and then it just said no keys available, wouldn’t reload the key, and would get stuck in the reloading phase. The app looks very nice but overall is useless and very little works.
