The support is incredibly responsive if you ever need them. Helmets provided were new . Can’t wait to use them again honestly . Job well done Skoot team!

Not having to deal with cash deposits that you get back at the end when you don’t need the cash makes this worth it already. On top of that, the customer service throughout was top notch.
