User Reviews

Users broadly agree MusConv can save time and move playlists across major services and is easy to use, with many platforms supported and notifications about missing tracks. However, recurring complaints center on reliability and accuracy: frequent login/out issues, app freezes, and transfers that fail or produce incomplete results; and billing concerns including misleading trials and unexpected charges. Overall, the app offers real value for switching services but stability, accuracy, and transparent billing need improvement.
Pros
  • Time-saving for moving playlists between services
  • Supports multiple music platforms (Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Napster, etc)
  • Fast and easy to use, especially for small playlists
  • Notifies about missing/incorrect tracks and allows manual adjustments
  • Generally effective for many users once issues are resolved or updates fix bugs
Cons
  • Reliability and stability issues during transfers (frequent logouts, login problems, and screen freezes)
  • Inaccurate or incomplete transfers (mismatched or missing songs)
  • Billing and pricing concerns (misleading free trial terms, unexpected charges, weekly pricing, and cancellations)
  • Security/privacy concerns (account login alerts suggesting unauthorized access)
  • Free-tier limitations (cap on the number of songs in the free version)

It doesn’t recognize any of the music. It is a scam app.

It keeps logging me out of music services I’ve already logged into especially if you close the app and later open it again. Screen keeps freezing or turning black when trying to transfer playlists or when confirming log in into a music service. Sometimes you have to keep starting over. It will start transfer and say complete but then say error of some sort, I go to destination and it did not transfer anything.
