2025-03-30 Ro***** You have to jump through hoops to get your meds. They send you letters saying you aren't doing what you are supposed to be even when you have proof! They never answer your messages, the chats are on a dark blue background with black text! If you do get an answer it's not even the person you messaged to begin with! You pay for your insurance to cover your meds but yet they fail to cover their side! It's a shame that people are doing everything they can and this place can't even keep your info up to date or keep you with a weight coach! If it wasn't for my wanting to get healthy and the meds costing 2 months worth of checks I would not even try!

2024-04-10 Ve***** I’m having the same issues as the other reviewer. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it’s still having the same issues. I cant complete my modules or input any metrics. Only thing working is the chat feature it seems.

2023-11-25 7-***** I have been using this app to connect with my dietitian. It has been good until this week. However, starting the new module for Low Carb Nutrition Plan has been an issue. At the third lesson (out of 55) it states there is a network error and I have to choose to cancel or restart the app. Neither if these options make the module work. I have update my iOS software and the app, to no avail. Please fix so I can change my review and rating.
