The app makes it easy to narrow down and scheduling is easy. You will get a confirmation from the winery to confirm times available. I think to have the ideal day you start at 11, have lunch thereafter and one more tasting in the afternoon from somewhere with a different vibe altogether. That can be done in 20 min or less on Cuvée.
