The interface is confusing and not very user-friendly. I expected a smoother process, but it feels buggy and frustrating to use. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

2024-05-10	Ro*****	I signed up for a weekly subscription, with a free 3 day trial, so that i could convert a video of mine to audio as quickly as possible. The app said I was able to cancel my subscription at any time, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. There is no place to go to cancel my subscription!
