QonaqApp is the mobile app of the QonaqApp cloud hotel management system (PMS) for hotel staff: owners, administrators, front desk and housekeeping.

• Room planner and bookings: arrivals, departures, in-house guests, payments — everything from the web version at hand. • Smart locks: open room doors and issue guest key cards over Bluetooth right at the door, no internet needed at the lock. Every action is logged. • Guest key in seconds: the card is valid until check-out and is extended automatically when the stay is extended. • Housekeeping: a maid sees only the rooms that need cleaning, marks start and finish, and the front desk gets the room status in real time. • Notifications: room needs cleaning, new booking, low lock battery. • Sign in with a one-time QR code from the web version or with a staff login and password.
