The phone service that our office is decent at best sometimes people can hear us sometimes they can’t and then the app doesn’t work most of the times the calls drop. It doesn’t ring on my phone all the time and it’s just a very difficult to deal with plus the lock you in for a five-year contract. I wish there was a way to get out of the contract without having to pay so much money.

Calls drop, issues with transferring, sound quality. If I were in charge of hiring a company to provide this service I would simply look elsewhere
