I found this program after suffering for over five years. Other practitioners had told me my situation wouldn’t improve. It was hopeful and empowering to learn what the research actually says, and realize I am not doomed after all. So many of my symptoms and experiences suddenly made sense. The program is very comprehensive. If your symptoms are severe, you may need some additional accountability or support to help you get through the material and implement some of the treatment protocols.
