6. Mark Attendance: Employees can use the Poise mobile app to mark their attendance. The app can capture the GPS location of the employee based on the location marked by the manager.
7. Geo-fencing: The app can use geofencing technology to ensure that employees mark their attendance from a specific location, such as the workplace or a client site as per the setup done by HR Admin if any.
8. Leave Approval: The app allows managers to approve or reject leave requests submitted by employees.
