2025-12-01	El*****	Updated review after 3 months of use: Best app by far. I’ve used pianoteq. Revenscroft. Even the 9th gen of pq, nothing comes close to this sampling pack, especially of the c5 grand. I regularly use only the c5. Still wish there were more downloadable packs on mobile rather than a whole setup through the website due to me traveling, much easier to have my phone and midi to just plug in and go. But nevertheless, these samples are with the best I’ve used before. I’m not sure how or why this app isn’t at the top when searching for piano midi.
Updated review after 3 months of use: Best app by far. I’ve used pianoteq. Revenscroft. Even the 9th gen of pq, nothing comes close to this sampling pack, especially of the c5 grand. Absolutely Gorgeous, best, tonal resonance, oh my god it’s like butter but it will impact the soul, verdict- The best there is, i doubt, if there’ll any better version of any other instrument than this. GSI completely changed the game if iOS Music Production with Unprecedented and unparalleled quality and professionalism and “Integrity”. BTW, one review suggested the time of downloading piano patch took eternity, mine was completed, I pressed the button for download, then went to take a peace as I just woke up! After retuning, I just casually pushed one key, the sound was there. 2. GSI, I DONT UNDERSTAND AND WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND THE FACT THAT HOW COME THE SAME ENTITY CREATED A “CHANNEL STRIP” SO… NO ILL REFRAIN UTTERING BAD WORDS, AND THEN THEY ARRIVE LIKE THE GODS OF MOUNT OLYMPUS! WHO Made that channel strip, which not a single one of Apple user has used for once? Love you and you are the best as far as the term being a human being goes, thanks for giving this gift! You’re the best! Now go redesign and change the algorithm of the strip!

2024-08-02	cl*****	I can’t imagine GSI is making any money on this from regular users. I may blow through their 70% of the app price just in the first month in their server bills for downloading bandwidth. Because you have to COMPLETELY REDOWNLOAD GIGABYTES OF SAMPLES EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE PIANOS. Yes you read that right, and it is so ridiculous it deserves the allcaps. It costs us nothing but bandwidth (which for consumers is often use or lose) so if you have the time go ahead, you save money buying this rather than their piano edition bundle that doesn’t suffer this problem, the piano edition doesn’t offer so very much beyond this, and they offer no upgrade path to that edition from this. Ok then fix this nonsense and I write the glowing review these samples deserve. Yes arguably subjectively better than Pianoteq. Add a library panel that lets us keep or discard sample downloads if we don’t want them anymore. I would think most people will at least kick the tires on all the pianos so adding this friction isn’t saving GSI anything. Sometimes programmer time costs more than bandwidth but I doubt it in this case.
