LoadUp has a lot of potential to be a great platform for drivers. The job opportunities can be good, but the driver side of the app really needs improvement. The payment system should be much clearer and easier to understand. A new driver should be able to see exactly how payments work, where the money will be sent, when payments are processed, and how much has been earned during the week. Completed orders also need to remain clearly organized in the app. Drivers should be able to see a complete history of their jobs, including the order number, date, amount earned, and payment status. Right now, some completed orders appear to disappear from the app, which makes it very difficult to keep track of your work. Drivers should not have to take screenshots of every completed order just to maintain their own records or calculate their weekly earnings. The app would be much better with a simple driver dashboard showing completed orders, weekly earnings, payment history, upcoming jobs, and payout status all in one place. The platform itself has great potential, but improving the organization, transparency, and reliability of the driver app would make a huge difference.
