2025-08-05	SL*****	If you enjoy this bike it’s great for that. However the customer service is not and neither is the app. It’s very low functioning and at most times unavailable. There’s never even communication from the developers about updates. The app just stops working. While the bike appears solid for the short time I’ve owned it, the feature offered to have this app connected has not been a good user experience.

2024-12-07	at*****	So I found out on the android version that it’s been updated to 1.0.6 while the apple version is stuck on 1.0.5 Now I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it but it’s really frustrating getting a new eBike from WINDHORSE and they don’t support the apple version of the app. Please fix otherwise the bike is great
