2026-07-31	sa*****	So frustrating! Lost all of my history, rewards/points. They have no clue what to do in store when you ask them about it. After purchase, tried to upload a receipt, it doesn’t work. Thought maybe it would get corrected within a month or two. I understand it takes some time to work out the kinks. Nope. Still not working. Put in a ZIP Code to get a nearby location and place an order. Of course that didn’t work. My last two orders I have had to go in and wait the 15-20 minutes because the app just doesn’t work. I also noticing that when traveling to different locations, there is great inconsistency in the quality of the food. I guess I should be grateful that my home location is so good. On a positive note, I eventually found someone at corporate that was able to help me and was kind enough to issue me a credit for the lost points. Still no order history or any fix for the other problems. Should’ve left well alone until you beta tested this new upgrade.

2026-01-12	zp*****	Why not use Toast app? You already have it in store kiosks and it’s great! But your own app is glitchy, can’t redeem promos most of the time and the overall design and user experience is bad. And you keep pushing users to use your app.
