2026-07-02	Po*****	I LOVED my zumba workouts but now on my fire TV there is a serious lag between the actions on TV and what the instructor is saying and doing. Its weird and just started this week. Trouble shooting and chats with zumba ai did NOT help. So I tried to put the app on both a MAC and an HP and could NOT get either to work. I really dont want to look at a tiny phone to workout so am frustrated that the lag is consistent on all zumba classes. What happened? Cables are not loose. I have reset multiple times.

2026-07-02	ze*****	Interface does not allow you to cancel subscription. Do not recommend a membership. The app will say it is canceled but you will be charged a year later anyway. Not worth the money. Dishonest company and policies. They tell you to contact them and refuse to fix the situation and give you a refund.
