2023-08-21	Br*****	Had to wait over an hour for a call back to log into my account. Tried to log in with the proper info several times, ended up locking my account. Got my account unlocked, was told I would be able to log in no issues. Locked my account again. If you have student loans through nelnet, easiest way is to log in on a computer and pay that way. As of right now the apps a joke.
