User Reviews

The game blends a story-driven puzzle experience with cute characters, strong visuals, and deep customization, and many players praise the ad-free, reward-based free-to-play feel. However, multiple reviews highlight balance and monetization issues: levels can be extremely difficult and feel pay-to-win, progression often relies on purchases, and RNG-driven dupes in mall mechanics slow progress. The top positives are the story, visuals, and customization, while the main drawbacks are balance and cost to advance.
Pros
  • Engaging story with a cute main character and narrative that sets it apart from typical match-3 games
  • No in-game ads and an ad-free experience, plus optional spending and daily rewards
  • Rich customization options for decorating the community and home, plus outfits and the ability to visit other players' designs
  • High-quality graphics and a variety of gameplay modes, including daily events and multiple ways to play
Cons
  • Levels are very hard and can feel pay-to-win, making progression rely on spending money
  • Monetization and coin systems create grind and can be expensive, with inflated prices and push to buy
  • RNG-driven duplication and mall/hotel mechanics cause frustration and slow progress due to missing items and excessive duplicates
  • Some players dislike long dialogue pacing and desire faster progression or more skipping options

I tend to look at things differently than most people. I count the numbers, pay attention to how points are awarded, and watch for patterns. After playing for a while, I started noticing that the math didn’t always seem to add up. In one round, I had three moves left, one crystal, and a fan. If the board had resolved the way it appeared it should, it would have cleared most, if not all, of the board. Instead, I watched it intentionally miss almost every opportunity. I even took screenshots and recorded a video because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t imagining it. What makes it frustrating is that it often feels like the game becomes much more difficult right before it offers you the option to buy more moves or purchase another pack. Maybe that’s coincidence, but as a player, it doesn’t feel random. I don’t mind spending a few dollars here and there. I understand games need to make money, and I’m happy to support a game I enjoy. What I don’t appreciate is feeling like the outcome is being manipulated to push purchases. My advice? If the game is fair, let it be fair. If it’s not, at least make it less obvious. Right now, it feels like players are being set up to lose so they’ll spend more money, and that’s what takes the fun out of it.

This used to be my favorite game. I played it every day and then it just quit opening up. I’ve deleted the game. I’ve cleared my cache and it still doesn’t work
