I really like the design in how subtle it is, but I feel like I’m paying for aesthetics. It’s very generic information that you get in its features. It’s really nothing tailored to you personally, so I’m confused as to why there’s a sudden premium membership.

I forget to slow down before my periods and having an app that tracks it and reminds me to eat different, workout different, and prioritize sleep helps keep my anxiety and burnout to a minimum. Love this app!
