User Reviews

Overall, users like the time-saving, closet-based approach and the AI-driven personalization, with monthly formulas and shopping links contributing to value. But recurring issues include billing after cancellation, post-update reliability problems, poor weather-aware recommendations, inconsistent AI outputs, and UX glitches that hinder saving outfits. Fixing billing, forecast accuracy, and UI/UX would address the most frequent complaints while preserving the app's core benefits.
Pros
  • Reduces morning stress and decision fatigue by planning outfits.
  • Strong closet integration: shop your closet and repurpose existing pieces with direct shopping links.
  • AI assistant personalization using your own closet; helps with packing and daily planning.
  • Helpful shopping lists and cross-budget item suggestions; easy to shop.
  • Monthly outfit formulas provide fresh, achievable style guidance without losing personal color palette.
Cons
  • Billing/subscription issues: duplicate charges after cancellation; difficulty stopping charges.
  • Reliability issues after updates: can't view today/future outfits; login/subscribe prompts; access problems.
  • Weather intelligence is weak: relies on current temperature and ignores forecast/highs; impractical suggestions.
  • AI quality concerns: inconsistent, nonsensical recommendations; some users feel it's unreliable.
  • UX/UI glitches: difficulty saving outfits or images after updates; confusing navigation.

Do not recommend; this company will continue to charge your credit card annually after you have cancelled your account. Every year, I have to contact my CC company and dispute the charges.

I am not on social media or into posting content, so I’m honestly surprised how much I’m enjoying the community feature. It’s fun to share and see others’ OOTD. It’s become a positive little part of my day. Plus I love how the formulas have helped me to use items I already have in my wardrobe and to shop smarter when I purchase new items.

I love the concept of this app SO MUCH. The ongoing frustration I have is that I constantly fall in love with an outfit suggestion (the very specific one that’s being suggested) and 9/10x it is sold out. I know there is the *shop more options* feature but that doesn’t help me much when I’m in love with the first version of the outfit being suggested in the app. It is currently June 6th. I need to see the July calendar NOW so I can buy all the seasonal items in stores BEFORE they sell out, peak season. If you don’t want to show the calendar, fine. At least make the list of upcoming pieces available so we have a shot at buying them. This concept is a beautiful one in theory but EXTREMELY frustrating in real life as it’s not solving my problem… it’s just creating a new one. If this improves within the app I’ll be happy to come back and update my review to 5 stars. 6/11 - More feedback: Based on the pictures submitted by users the app could do a better job and helping people understand how to dress for their body shape. It appears to me, as an observer, a lot of users take the daily suggestions as a copy & paste formula not understanding it doesn’t look good on their body type. With a few tweaks to their choices they could actually look amazing. That being said, you can see in the same pictures, many of the ladies have been given a confidence boost from using this app as a guide.
