2026-03-30	ja*****	Gbank has been nothing but issues. Some days every transaction declines, other days everything goes through, so it’s basically a coin toss whether my card will work. Today my card stopped working again, and when I tried to log in, I suddenly couldn’t access my account at all. Changing my password didn’t fix anything, which is nothing new with this bank. The app itself is okay and there’s not much to complain about—but only when it actually works.

2025-08-11	Sa*****	Applied for credit card was approved and then I was ask to send in documents which I did and it went through with no problem and then I received a response saying they can’t offer me a credit card I never received a letter from the company. I requested for credit inquiry to be removed . Don’t apply it’s a scam

2025-07-04	‌ *****	Great card, good app even though it can be a little challenging to navigate sometimes. To set up auto pay you need to first add a payment method, wait a while then verify it manually, and then connect it to your card.
