Well, I bought a 3350 ADV series and it’s a really good helmet no problems out of it. The features that are on the auto darken system are really good compared to others big improvement on them especially like Miller and stuff. I’ve tried Miller for probably three years or so and they’re pretty good but I like some of the newer features Lincoln offers and I especially like their headgear a lot better. It’s a lot more comfortable 3-4 hours welding head doesn’t hurt at all. Meanwhile, the Miller digital performance their headgear sucks my head start’s killing me an hour hour and a half into welding even if you loosen the band on it, but you gotta keep it decently tight on your head, so Lincoln does a really good job on their headgear but other than that the app sucks it does not work called Lincoln multiple times got a code because the the code that you type in where it says serial/barcode after you put your pairing code in it does not work, gave me a code where they was like well, this will bypass your helmet like this will bypass you into the app since your actual code don’t work or you don’t have your actual code so we’re gonna give you this one and it’ll say connecting to helmet connecting the helmet then it’ll say saving helmet and then it’ll literally say barcode/serial number is not available and it does it every time I’ve tried creating new like 23 new accounts I’ve tried deleting the data from my phone. I’ve tried restarting the helmet. I’ve tried restarting app. I’ve tried all kinds of stuff and it just sucks it will not connect and I wish it would cause it’s a really good feature. I like the features that are on the auto documenting system itself, but I’d like to get more use out of what’s on the app but it does not work. It just sucks. No complaints about the helmet. I’m gonna keep using the helmet. It’s a really good helmet. It just sucks that the price you pay for that helmet. They offer those features on the app and it doesn’t work.

Phone connects to helmet shows connected, but always fails to sync no matter how many times you try it or restart
