2026-08-19	Ma*****	Most unreliable and unresponsive service I have ever used. I am still waiting for an update on when I’ll receive my clothes that were supposed to be delivered yesterday. I paid extra for a 24 hour delivery and did not receive. Have not heard on updated timing or anything. I am furious. If they just communicated the delay and provided an update I wouldn’t be upset but the silence after I’ve reached out multiple times is appalling. They don’t even have a number to call.

2023-04-15	Ke*****	I love Folded. Their customer service is excellent. My clothes come back fresh and folded better than any of the competition. The new app completely blows it out of the water ! Highly recommended these guys.
