I have a love-hate relationship with the app lol there are many things you can do on the fly and some things you can do in the app that you actually cannot do on the website. But most of the website features are not available in the app. Often times the invoice does not show up even though there is an active invoice and you have to go through the email. You sent the client and click on that link so that the invoice shows up on your side. That’s lightly frustrating. all in all I do recommend the platform, but the app still has kinks.

I am a bridal hairstylist and Dubsado is the best virtual assistant I could ask for! I will say I spent numerous hours building and learning the site but once it’s done you can sit back and let the site work its magic! Perfect for collecting lead information, contracts, scheduling, questionnaires, invoices and payments AND keeping communication all in one place! Highly recommend 10/10
