I’m so glad I found this program 9 months ago. I’ve never been able to reach these achievements on my own. I’m down about 20 lbs and several inches. I’m getting stronger every day. I’ve also been able to stop taking my acid reflux and 2 blood pressure meds. 💪🏾🙏🏾👊🏾
