I wanted to see how well the AI coaching would work, so I typed in an actual conversation that I had in college with my coach during an off season. I got way more information here in two minutes than I did then. After the college conversation I walked away frustrated and just didn’t do anything about my training questions. AVANTI would have made me feel way more confident and empowered in my off season training
