I purchased tokens, and that doesn’t even unlock the book nor does it say how to unlock the remaining chapters. I would like to finish reading and definitely want a refund of the unusable tokens that do nothing!

2024-09-18	Ja*****	I started reading a book. I got 33% of the way through. I want an ordered an introductory sale coins of 24 for $1.99. I was charged and was only given four out of 24 coins. When I go to purchase the next chapter, I get an error message of “null”. I have emailed their customer service, which is a gmail email. And nobody has gotten back to me. Don’t waste your time with this app.

It doesn’t tell you how to unlock the chapter or the rest of the book.. it just comes up with an error sign saying “null” I purchased coins thinking that would work.. it said $3.99 with a discounted rate which came out to $1.99 for 25 coins. After purchasing, I see I was given 2 coins and my bank is showing I was charged $4.30. Do not use this app unless you check and see that the story you want to read is completely unlocked.
