Guide Learning:

Create local learner profiles, choose focused assignments, switch into Learner View, and review completed work, results, duration, and progress. Local learning records stay on the device and can be reset or deleted from the gated Adult Dashboard.

Apple Schoolwork:

Teachers can browse and assign Map Study activities, and students can open the matching practice directly from an assignment. Supported activities report completion, time, progress, and results for supported quiz activities through ClassKit.

Map Study: United States (EDU) is paid and fully unlocked. Local Adult/Learner roles are separate from Apple Schoolwork teacher/student roles. Local learner nicknames and raw typed responses are not sent through ClassKit. Schoolwork features require compatible managed devices, Managed Apple Accounts, and applicable school settings.
