Constantly getting the error message “There was a delay, try again” and nothing works. Love LiveOak service, but a completely useless app.

New to LiveOak and am dependent on the app to ensure everything is getting connected. The majority of the time, I get error messages that the system is not available. If they are promoting their superior fiber, their app should at least work.
