2026-07-21	Su*****	This app sucks. I hired a coach and she eventually deleted her account. I emailed the people asking for a refund and they suggested another coach who didn’t have the credentials I was comfortable with so instead I asked for a refund which under their own policy they owed me. Since I’ve asked for a refund they haven’t responded it has been over a month. Horrible customer service I do not suggest using the app either every time I opened it after requesting my refund the app has crashed. 0/10 stars.

Highly recommend finding a trainer through Athletes Untapped...and if you're looking for someone for basketball...definitely reach out to Viki, she is amazing!
