Hole and Fill is fun and addictive with rewarding upgrades and varied boards, but suffers from heavy, disruptive ads and ad-driven monetization that can block progression. Reward mechanics (coins/golden items) and ad rewards feel inconsistent, and some users encounter bugs or unfulfilled purchases. Over time the content can feel repetitive.

Pros

Fun, addictive and engaging gameplay that serves as a solid time‑killer.
Varied boards and items with a meaningful upgrade system (hole size, speed, magnet) that provide ongoing progression.
Satisfying visuals and a fast-paced loop of collecting objects as they funnel into the hole.

Cons

Excessive advertising: ads interrupt gameplay, are frequent, and can gate progress.
Monetization via ads and golden items: progress often depends on watching ads, coins reset between levels, and ad-based rewards feel punishing; purchases to remove ads aren’t always reliable.
Repetitive content over time: after many levels the game can feel repetitive with few new features or challenges.

Recent reviews

The hole games are some of my favorites. But I think this one is just too tight with the timer right off the bat with the first level. Other than that it is about as good as others.
