I have been messing with routers and internet plus computers for over 2 decades but this program is the worst. It keeps blocking all the so called internet intrusions yet gives no info about the problem. If you don’t know who or what it is how do you determine it’s bad . Then on top of that it will not allow to even copy the address off the silly software. I love this fiber internet but it come with more headaches than I ever suspected. They stop doing what they offer in the beginning now they are in our business everyday. They can’t even get the location correct of where I am so frustrating!
