I have been playing this game for over a year on my IPhone , and unfortunately, I continue to experience issues. I recently unlocked Kate and Rodrigo and paid $14.99 to upgrade them with the character pass. I played with these characters for several days, but when I logged in today, all of my progress with them was gone. The upgrades I paid for have disappeared as well. I have attempted to contact support multiple times, but the virtual assistant will not connect me to a live representative. I also emailed App Support and have not been able to get help resolving this issue. As a paying customer, it is extremely frustrating to lose both purchased content and game progress with no clear way to reach customer support. I hope this issue is addressed and that players are provided with a reliable method of getting assistance when problems like this occur.

I’ve been playing this game for a while and last few months I’ve had a few issues where I purchase more diamonds the night before and when I play in the morning, they are gone. It’s 11,000 diamonds and would not be used in 1 day. More recently I’ve emailed and submitted requests to add them back and get no response.

Game won’t update to the latest version. Email notifications are missing unless your phone is rebooted. Now I can’t make a purchase. I’ve upgraded my phone, updated my phone and it’s the same thing
