Chicken was weirdly humid and lukewarm, salad pieces were thin and NOT crispy, I’m not trying to sound overly critical but I give great reviews on things that are indeed great. I have consistently been getting below average food from Old Chicago specifically this location. The reason I’m here today is because this is another fail from them and I’m tired of paying top dollar for bottom dollar food.

I actually love the food at Old Chicago, and am a rewards member. Tonight I’m pretty angry that I placed a curbside delivery order only to be told the hostess can’t come outside and so have to come in to get my order. I said that’s not really curbside, and she said well you’re right there so…. Never. Again. Just stop offering it if you’re not gonna provide it!
