The GeauxPass Mobile App is brand new app that has been developed from the ground up and is aimed at providing the best use experience for Geauxpass customers. This online channel will allow customers to access a set of functionalities designed for account management. Customers can verify that their accounts are in good standing, replenish their prepaid accounts, pay documents, verify their account transaction history, download Statements, request additional transponders, and create new accounts. The Mobile Application allows Customers to manage their accounts for 24 hours every day in a week, except when disconnected from the internet or when the BOS is offline for planned maintenance. The new GeauxPass Mobile App includes the following functionality:
