User Reviews

Players praise Goblins Wood for its addictive goblin-merging gameplay, easy-to-learn mechanics, and appealing visuals, making it surprisingly engaging for short play sessions. However, many reviews center on the game’s monetization and progression design: frequent ads, forced ad experiences, and pay-to-progress elements that slow advancement and feel exploitative. Additional pain points include loss of progress or purchases after updates, poor or unresponsive customer support, and repetitive levels that offer little variety after repeated grinding. Overall, the core concept is solid, but the business model and progression pacing drive frustration.
Pros
  • Engaging goblin-merging progression that keeps players hooked.
  • Easy to learn with clear instructions and appealing graphics.
  • Fun and break-time friendly, great for quick sessions.
  • Overall enjoyable experience that feels rewarding.
Cons
  • Excessive ads and intrusive monetization, including forced ads and long video ads.
  • Slow progression and perceived pay-to-win; grinding required and high costs to advance.
  • Progress loss or poor account support (e.g., data loss after updates, unresponsive customer service).
  • Repetitive levels with limited variety and diminishing rewards.

Not bad kinda easy not sure what I’m supposed to be doing or what’s the point but I can see this as a pass time game.

I really want to like this game. I only have one problem… I have NO idea what I’m doing! The game doesn’t really make any sense to me. I keep fumbling around but I have no clue if I’m doing anything right. I have to admit, I haven’t played many games like this. So it might be just me! 🤭 I’m going to keep trying…. Who knows? I might accidentally figure it out. 😁

I got bored of all the repetitive play and the game crashed a couple times.
