2025-03-13	ge*****	Just purchased lock and downloaded the app that it says. Then app says to download new updated app and it won’t connect. Does nothing. What a complete joke. Update.3/13/25. Developer messaged and said issues are fixed.Please update to new version. Still same problem. Won’t let you do anything. Just like everyone else’s responses. Mind blowing!!!!!!

2025-02-18	Li*****	I recently purchased the lorex Bluetooth deadbolt, smart lock with touchpad it’s the worst lock ever the installation was fairly standard for the lock however, pairing the lock to my phone has been terrible, the iKeyConnect app does not work I deleted and restore the app to insure. My Bluetooth was on and in range when you’re away from the lock, the keypad will not work you have to be next to the lock for it to work worst product ever

2025-01-21	Va*****	App does not work- only old version will connect to Bluetooth. Lorex support does not know about this issue. They asked to download Lorex app which does not have a deadbolt add. Very frustrating for new customers.

2025-01-20	CC*****	I recently purchased Lorex’s Bluetooth Deadbolt Smart Lock with Touchpad. The installation was fairly standard for a lock, however pairing the lock to my phone has been a nightmare. The IKeyConnect app refuses to pair with the lock. I have done a factory rest to the smart lock, deleted and restored the app, ensured my Bluetooth was on and in range, and that I had pressed the SET button to activate pairing mode to no avail. As someone who has been buying Lorex products for several years now I am very let down by this and would not recommend this product at this time.
