Understand Your HRV in Real Time
Monitor HRV and heart rate during a session and observe how your physiological signals change over time.
The Stress Monitor displays changes in real time, allowing you to observe patterns associated with everyday activities, relaxation, exercise, work, and other situations.
When your selected stress threshold is reached, the Relax screen can provide a paced-breathing experience with calming images.
HRV for Training
Compare your current HRV with your own recent sessions and personal reference trend.
HRV for Training helps you observe changes in recovery from day to day and provides general fitness and training insights based on your HRV patterns.
Your results are based on your own physiological data and historical measurements, rather than population averages.
A research paper describing the HRV for Training methodology is available directly within the app.
