Care partners are using the Theora Link Pro™ Smartphone App to provide better care with more peace of mind. The Theora Link Pro Smartphone App, coupled with the Theora Connect™ wearable, provides a complete solution to know your loved one’s activity, location, if they've fallen and be able to directly communicate with them.

The smartphone app enables care partners to be in touch with their loved ones to know how, when and where a loved one might need assistance, or just to check in.

One of Theora Link’s key features is a GPS locator service with Safe Zones. With a simple drag-and-drop on your smartphone, caregivers create virtual safety nets to help protect loved ones. If a loved one should stray outside of a Safe Zone, caregivers are notified before a family member can wander far away. Quik Connect™ is a two-way audio feature that enables caregivers to communicate directly with loved ones - no button pushing on the wearable required. Loved ones will hear their caregiver’s familiar voice directly through the wearable, to help them or reassure them that help is on the way.

Safe Zone feature lets you set up specific monitoring zones, and notifies caregivers if a loved one has le¬ft the safe area. You can pre-set Safe Zones for frequently used locations such as their home, a park, even the grocery store and easily add safe zones on the fly with an easy drag and drop interface. Multiple Safe Zones are supported.
Scalable continuum of care – starts with one Theora Care product, and add additional solutions if or when needed.
Everything you need to get started is included with Theora Care solutions, even the Theora Connect wearable cellular service is pre-activated by the Theora Care Support Team. Our solutions are simple to use, and our team is here for questions, should you need us.

Everything worked the first few days now it never works. We got this for someone with dementia we were hoping this helped. All it says now is “we apologize an error has occurred in red”. Good thing I waited to write a review of this works like it did in the beginning it would have been 5 stars. Basically the watch and app is useless don’t waste your money.

The Theora Care Watch has been a game-changer for both my mom and me. For her, it’s a great way to maintain independence while staying connected. She loves being able to easily check the date, day, and time—something she often forgets, but this feature keeps her grounded. She’s also thrilled with the simple calling and emergency call function, saying it’s amazing to do all that “from a watch!” She even enjoys showing it off to her friends. For me, the Theora app provides incredible peace of mind. I can always check her location on the map, call her when needed, and rely on emergency features like fall detection. The app is packed with useful features (like geo-fencing) that make caregiving, especially from a distance, so much easier. Knowing I can keep an eye on her safety without constantly hovering over her is a huge relief, for both of us!

We’ve had a lot of glitches setting this up - possibly because we’re neither of us great at tech! (So it may not be a fault in the app) However, the support person is extremely helpful and friendly. It seems to be working fine now and I can see he’s drinking coffee at Starbucks! It is so important for him to feel independent and also important for me to know he’s ok. Plus, the company feels like an extra layer of support. I’m not alone in worrying about him.
