ISB SPORT SANTE

ISB Sport Santé is a gym-focused fitness app that requires an ISB account. It helps you manage class schedules, track daily workouts and body measurements, access 3000+ exercises and activities, view 3D demonstrations, use predefined workouts, and create your own training sessions. It also covers nutrition and calorie counting, and lets you sync online workouts with your ISB club to monitor progress.

If you enable Apple Health, workouts logged in Health will automatically be added to your activity calendar, helping you keep a complete view of your fitness journey.
