I love this app! I’ve been using it I think for almost a year now and I still love it. The only change I could see being an improvement that I hope the developer will consider is making all days on the challenges part of the app accessible at any time. I like to use that page when I’m looking for a specific area of my body to challenge but I give my body a day to rest in between so it causes me to miss a day and I can’t access it. Or I think it would be nice if I for example wanted to do a target arm workout and could complete 2 to 3 “days” of workouts in one day.

After only one lesson it won’t let you move on to the next one without paying for it. I’m just trying to workout and it wants me to pay.
