My transaction got stucked and i reached out to support inside the app. been 3 days and i haven’t heard anything from the support. not even a reply.

If you’re unable to process documents from Bangladesh, you should disable this here. According to the app, the address manually inputted and MTB statement address are different whereas I made sure to reflect the same thing. If your automation isn’t good, it’s better to stick to manual verification.
