I’ve seen 14-year old coders build a more coherent and functional platform. I’m looking for a new service where I can actually log in to see and manage my messages. I recommend you do as well. | |

Ruby abruptly switched to a new app on a random Monday morning with no prior notice. I was down for almost a month. My business was rendered without access to its phone number for that time. You need two devices, whether it’s two phones or a phone and desktop. If you try to reset from one device, switching to your email app and then back to ruby, it goes back to the login screen and you have to ask for another reset code.
