Very bad experience. Uber drivers are always late, and some of them arrive annoyed because the app sends them from very far away. The app really needs to improve the way it assigns drivers because I’m constantly getting drivers who are too far away. Today, for example, I ordered an Uber to go to work, and at first it said the driver was only 5 minutes away. Then the driver passed me, and now I have to wait another 7 minutes. This makes it really difficult to get to work on time. Uber seriously needs to improve the app and the way drivers are assigned.
