I like the app it has everything I need but once I add so many thing to my cart or even just a few things it glitches out and deletes my whole cart. It’s very irritating to keep going back and putting things back just for it to be gone again when it kick me out of app I hope this gets fixed I got recommended this by a few other business owners

I updated this seems like a short time ago. I tried to place an order yesterday during cyber Monday and noticed a discrepancy in amounts ordered. Every time I tried to edit it added even more bottles to my order. Now it is just out of hand. So I think I missed my discounts. I love the syrups but not liking the hassle when ordering. I had lots of difficulty with my last order too. This time AGAIN I have to redownload app and start all over. Not a pleasant experience.

I regularly ordered from Lollicup-Store until they shorted me 3 bottles of syrup. When I sent a support request I only received a list of topics “that may help.” They did not. They suggested that even though the boxes were y damaged, that we should have kept the UPS Driver here, while we unpacked it. NO UPS Driver will do that unless the package is DAMAGED. I have received NO OTHER COMMUNICATION from anyone & there are no phone numbers to call to inquire. KEEP YOUR MONEY & ORDER ELSEWHERE! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
