This app is absolutely atrocious. The navigation is terrible, half of the things you click on don’t even lead you anywhere. My total financed amount is literally wrong - it’s $6k more than what my loan is for, and I can’t edit my payment schedule. Horrendous.

The app is slow, unreliable, and difficult to navigate. It doesn’t really provide you with an easy way to find your account details and what it does show is limited. Sometimes the app will open but then not show you any sign in options. Sometimes it lets you sign in, but then just shows a blank screen. It’s really annoying.
