Paris Urbanist: City Guide

App was a little glitchy in the short window of the trial but the customer service has been phenomenal. I wish I was able to give more of a review on the actual app but seeing as though I have contacted Apple regarding a refund due to not being able to cancel my trial on the 3rd day, I was not able to use it extensively in the time period allotted for the trial. While using it I was logged out multiple times when I went to a certain menu and I was bombarded with “please submit a review” pop ups within 5 mins of downloading it. So, my rating would be much lower were it not for Rene. She was empathetic and communicative regarding my issues and reached out again to verify I was able to cancel the next day (day 4). I do not want to use it if Apple does refund my fee because I do believe the people responsible for this app should be compensated for their hard work and when I am going to Paris later this year I will subscribe and use it in more depth. Hopefully I will be able to update my review then. Thank you Rene for your compassion and making me feel heard!

I downloaded them all. American tourist. Lived here for about 9 months 10 years ago - so have some context but not recent. This pulls up good memories and makes it easy to find the good stuff. Thx!

This is the BEST app for anyone traveling to or living in Paris. We used this everyday that we were there. Thank you so much for your advice. It was amazing!!
