| 2026-08-22 | Qu***** | Woke up to a headache this morning and decided I needed to start tracking the details. I found MiG and liked the layout and process of inputting data about a headache attack. The app seems to be a really good starting point for me, possibly the best I’ve found so far. I like how straightforward and clear it is. However (maybe I’m just learning how to use the app still), I’m unsure how to correctly edit an event and tie in related details over time. I’m imagining that I start a “timer” for a headache event when I first start feeling it (or set a rough start time once I remember to do so in the app), then be able to add details to the event as time goes on. So, when I try a relief method, I can log that as an addendum to the event, and then eventually “end” the headache event when I feel “pain free”. Ideally, I would like this data to sync with Apple Health. Symptoms has a headache data field, so whatever data Apple Health can accept, I would like the equivalent parts of that tied into MiG. The same goes for Medications. If I take Advil, I would like to note it in MiG as part of the event, but have that input the data sync automatically to Apple Health. Ideally, this data could sync both directions between MiG and Apple Health, along with some method to edit if there’s a conflict or duplication somehow. So if there were moments I took medication in Apple Health, seemingly unrelated to a headache event, but later realized it might be connected, I could go into MiG, start or edit a headache event, and be able to view data from Apple Health that I could tag as part of the MiG event. I recognize that I’ve only begun using MiG, and these ideas may conflict with the app today or how other users like to use it. So I provide these ideas for consideration. If there’s a forum for feedback and discussion, I would like to engage somehow (I frequently use the Discord app for interaction with a variety of developers, as one option to consider). Wonderful app so far! Please reach out if further discourse is desired. Cheers. Edit: playing around some more, I am seeing the headache data sync both directions with Apple Health, so that’s awesome! You’ve already got that implemented and it seems to work exactly like I was imagining! I think if the medications part could work the same way, that would be fantastic too. | |

| 2026-08-19 | Ka***** | I’ve only been using a few days but I have to say I really like it. It’s %100 free to use unless you absolutely want to buy the pro membership. I currently use the free version and I have the option to track what exact time I have the migraine, the exact TYPE of migraine (+custom setting), where exactly on my face/head/neck I feel it, my symptoms and triggers (+custom symptoms), as well as the medicine I took, what I have done already to try and relieve it, AND if it’s possibly linked to period and or ovulation. Absolutely love this app so far, it has helped me track my migraines so easily and makes my life sooo much easier. -Coming from a 17 year old that has 4+ migraines a week since the age of 11-13. | |

| 2026-08-06 | Iz***** | I love this app. Since I started to have my chronic migraines and I have to keep a log of it. This app helps me telling how many days I have been without an attack and makes it easier to add my prescription of my medications. I highly recommend it | |

| 2026-07-29 | K-***** | First off I’ve been using this tracker for seven months. It is thorough and very customizable for your symptoms/duration/life impact. The yearly subscription is absolutely worth it as it adds pressure variation tracking (a big trigger for me). I highly recommend for anyone not knowledgeable of what your triggers are so you can compare trends. A note about the data collection: for the reports, I did some experimenting and the statistics given only reflect days you record something. So, if it says 20% lack of sleep as a trigger, it means 20% out of all the times a trigger is recorded. It looks like it dosent factor in the data if an option is not selected. (I have mitigated this by adding an “unknown” category to my triggers list). As for things I would love to see in the future: it would be useful to have an option to create a custom headache logging step. Also, a simple meal log might be useful for folks with food related migraines. It could be a separate log type to help discover correlation. Finally, it might be useful to add another type of pain scale: Mankoski Pain Scale. It is more based on impact than a relative number. You could probably do this just by using the 1-10 system, but it might skew your data if you already have lots of pain scale ratings logged. | |
