In a crisis situation, such as a natural disaster, fire, demonstration, technical fault, gas leak or flood, Certas will take care of all the necessary organisational matters, so our customers can take the first emergency response measures without delay. Predefined groups are notified with a pre-recorded voice message, and mobilised if necessary. Customers can trigger this themselves in the CERTAS multicall app – but we remain available 24/7.
